Nobody's Wolf Child Fantasy Forest 2024 Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Nobody's Wolf Child Fantasy Forest 2024 Ticket Giveaway ("the Competition") organized by Nobody's Wolf Child ("the Organizer").

1.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Organizer, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition.

2.2 Participants must have a valid Instagram account and must be following the official Nobody's Wolf Child Instagram account to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must create an Instagram post using any song by Nobody's Wolf Child and include the hashtag

#nobodyswolfchild in their post.

3.2 Each separate post counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per participant.

3.3 All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on July 4, 2024.

4. The Prize

4.1 The winner will receive four tickets to Fantasy Forest 2024 for themselves and three friends, signed Nobody's Wolf Child merchandise, and travel money for those coming from further away.

4.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

5.2 The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by 5:00 PM on July 5, 2024.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Announcement of Winners

6.1 The winner will be announced on the official Nobody's Wolf Child Instagram account on July 5, 2024.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any show cancellations, travel cancellations, or any other reason that may prevent the winner and their guests from attending the event.

7.3 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Fantasy Forest or Instagram.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be processed as set out in the Organizer's Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
